Exchange Policy

 

All goods are thoroughly checked prior to shipping. Any item still found damaged or faulty can always be exchanged by contacting our customer care at +92 343 3385768.

Items of clearance sale will not subjected to any type of return/exchange policy.
BagTree is only liable to exchange items within 2 days from the date of delivery. Items claimed for exchange 3 days are not acceptable.
All adjustments shall be made via bank transfer and only for the product value, not for any shipping charges incurred.

In the event of a product being exchanged, the exchanged order will also incur delivery charges of Rs. 200.
